"Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together." ~ Psalm 34:3 (NKJV)
"Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness; let us exalt His name together." ~ (NLT)
Your view of your world is reset every morning. Do you remember creating images on your Etch-A-Sketch? During your sleep, your internal Etch-A-Sketch is shaken up. Notice that I did not say that your view should be reset each morning. It is reset whether you initiate it or not.
Your perception is of vital importance. It is often your reality. It's difficult to see clearly outside of your paradigms. Your outlook is a result of three things: your thoughts, your focus, and the present posture of your heart.
As a child of God, you are called to see your world in light of His goodness, greatness, and glory. To "magnify" means "to make and to treat as great in view of the mind."
Your perspective is reset as you magnify the goodness and greatness of God. Your paradigms are brought into alignment with God's Word. Your faith rises. Your heart soars in gratitude. Your mind and emotions settle into the faithfulness and refuge of God's presence.
You have the opportunity to compose and create your perceptions today. Set your mind, your focus and the posture of your heart on God's goodness, greatness, and glory. He will make all of the difference in how you see and navigate your world!
