For as he thinks in his heart, so is he." Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)
Scarcity is far more a paradigm than a position. You shape your position by your paradigms. People who are susceptible to scarcity, and the mindset that it yields, often experience the absence of many things:
Consider the definition of "Scarcity:" A very small supply; the state of being scarce; deficit; inadequacy; insufficiency; lack
To break the stronghold of scarcity from your life, you must learn to "acknowledge every good thing that is in you, in Christ Jesus." (Philemon 1:6) Require your mind to be changed and aligned with God's Word that says, "In Jesus, you are complete, sound, strong and lacking nothing!" (Colossians 2:9-10) Boldly declare, "In Christ, I lack for nothing! No more scarcity of any kind!"
Let God's Word supply the primary paradigms for your life. It will be an arduous process. For some, it will be a long and challenging journey. It is a very worthwhile one!
